These terms set out the agreement between UK-STREAM and our UK subscribers. Please review our policies regarding service provision, digital delivery, acceptable fair use, and subscription durations before ordering.
UK-STREAM provides fixed-term access to digital media streams. Customers receive access credentials via email for use with their own compatible playback software and hardware. All plans are fixed-term passes without automatic renewal.
Access credentials and server links are delivered digitally via email within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. It is the customer responsibility to provide an accurate email address and inspect spam filters.
Each standard subscription includes one (1) active simultaneous stream connection. Attempting to stream concurrently on multiple devices under a single-screen pass will result in temporary automatic session suspension.
While we operate high-availability redundant servers, occasional maintenance or Internet route disruptions outside our control may occur. We do not make claims of zero interruptions but provide active support 7 days a week to resolve technical issues.
